favouring armour pen and flat AD/AP.

BUILD: 

Attack Speed and CDR. 

Items like Nashor's Tooth, Stinger, Locket, Spirit of the Lizard Elder are all good. 

Attack Speed helps means you hit more with your E and your Passive stacks faster. 

CDR is for Kayle's immense utility.

EARLY: 

Gank with high burst, clear your jungle fast, duel with double buff
MID: 

Same as early, can dive people with your ulti and push down towers.
LATE: 

Split push queen, also very good at peeling in teamfights due to W speedboost and Q slow. 

Can chuck Ulti on carries to save them or on the initiators who can then soak the initial burst from the enemy.
